Garage-floor pricing is usually discussed by square foot, but square footage is only the beginning. A simple, sound two-car garage with good access is a different project from a garage with failed paint, heavy oil contamination, deep spalls, extensive crack repair, moisture questions or a need for a more technical commercial finish. The honest starting point is the actual slab.
The system also changes the scope. A full-broadcast decorative flake floor has a prepared concrete profile, repairs, a pigmented epoxy base, flakes and a clear protective topcoat. Metallic epoxy, plain colour systems, commercial textures and heavy-duty traffic conditions each bring different materials, preparation and labour considerations.
The fastest way to get a useful planning range is to send the approximate dimensions, a few wide photos and close-ups of any damage. Include whether there is an old coating, whether vehicles park inside, and anything unusual such as drains, steps, cove base or heated concrete. That gives us context before we make a recommendation.
A final quote should make clear what is included and what would change the price. We would rather explain surface preparation and repair up front than offer an unrealistically low number that only makes sense by skipping the parts that keep the floor together.
