Privacy Policy
Rose City Customs Epoxy Lab Inc. (“Rose City Customs,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through rosecitycustoms.ca, by email, phone or during a project.
Information we collect
- Contact details such as your name, email, phone number and postal code.
- Quote and project details such as space type, approximate size, surface condition, timing and notes.
- Photos you voluntarily upload or send so we can understand your floor.
- Limited technical and security information used to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, arrange inspections, deliver services, administer projects and warranties, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Uploaded photos
Photos are transmitted over HTTPS, processed in request memory and delivered privately as email attachments to our business inbox. The website does not intentionally place them in a public storage bucket or gallery. We will not publish them without separate permission.
Service providers and transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend and our business email provider for email, and HubSpot for customer relationship management when enabled. Some information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
Retention and deletion
If an inquiry does not become a booked project, we delete inquiry photos from our active business mailbox within 90 days after the inquiry is closed. Customer records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, warranty, business, legal, insurance and tax requirements. Information no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
Safeguards
We use encrypted transmission, access-limited business systems, validated upload types and sizes, and business service providers. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to legal requirements. You can choose not to upload photos.
