Before coating new concrete, we review the surface condition, moisture considerations, curing history and any signs of laitance, cracking or contamination. Mechanical preparation is still part of the process because a new slab needs the correct profile for a coating system to bond properly.
If you are building or renovating, send the pour date, a few wide photos and any details about the space. That lets us give you a useful next-step timeline without promising a finish date before the concrete is ready.
