What matters in practice

Installation begins by controlling the work area and mechanically preparing the concrete. The crew details edges and transitions, removes weak or failed material, vacuums the surface and completes the agreed repairs before decorative layers begin.

The coating sequence follows the selected system and product windows. A full-flake floor may include a base, dense broadcast, recovery and scraping, then a protective clear coat. Metallic, quartz and solid-colour systems use different finishing steps.

The last stage is a handoff, not simply a closed garage door. The owner should receive return-to-service milestones, basic care instructions, warranty terms, approved colour or system records and a contact if something needs attention.
