A full-broadcast flake floor is the familiar high-performance garage look: dense colour, texture, visual depth and a pattern that is forgiving with daily use. It works especially well in garages, workshops, utility spaces, showrooms and commercial areas where durability and an easy-to-live-with surface matter as much as the design.

Metallic epoxy is more expressive. Pigments can create movement, depth and one-of-one effects that read almost like stone, water or a custom art finish. It is a strong fit for interiors, studios, offices, retail areas and spaces where the floor itself is meant to be a visual feature.

The decision is not only aesthetic. Consider traffic, the level of texture you want, how the room is cleaned, lighting, the amount of natural variation you are comfortable with and whether you want the floor to hide the evidence of a busy day or become the main conversation piece.

We can talk through both directions with photos and samples. The goal is not to push the trendiest option; it is to match the finish to the space so it looks considered the day it is installed and still makes sense years later.
